The story
The new córdoba replaced the old córdoba at one to one thousand. Sources differ between 14 and 15 February; month precision avoids conflating reform announcement and implementation. [1]
The córdoba oro supplemented and then replaced the 1988 córdoba. Introduced as an account unit and later cash in 1990; floated against the prior córdoba until March 1991. No constant transition ratio asserted. [2]
