Jordan’s dinar succeeded the locally circulating Palestine pound in 1950. [1]
The Palestine Currency Order defines a pound of 1, 000 mils and makes it the presumptive unit of contracts, sales, payments and monetary instruments; Egyptian-pound obligations have an express conversion rule. [2]
