Currency continuity

Zurich gulden account unit

CUR-V23-ZURICH-GULDEN · Research draft

A documented account-unit or currency-system transition supports this predecessor identity; not admitted from a specimen or inherited label alone.

One scoped currency identity. Changes to subdivisions, scale, standard, instruments or issuers do not by themselves create children. A distinct account unit can remain a successor.
Dated observations: 1803–1852; this does not establish the entire lifetime.
